Through our partnership with Textron Ground Support Equipment (Textron GSE), we are bringing zero-emission capability to airport ground support.

Together, we’ve electrified the Safeaero 220 de-icing vehicle, delivering a fully electric Safeaero 220E powered by Equipmake’s bespoke Zero Emission Drivetrain (ZED).

This integrated system – comprising our in-house designed electric motor & inverter, thermal management system and state-of-the-art batteries – enables quiet, emissions-free operation even in extreme cold, while supporting highly efficient single-operator de-icing.
